‘Winter Wonderland’ event in East Anglia

On Saturday the team in East Anglia arranged an ‘arts and crafts’ event for the children and young people in their region; those attending on the day were aged 5 – 15 years old. It was a fantastic day with a wide range of activities on offer including decorating a stocking, decorating a bauble, making season’s greetings cards, making pine cone elves and making paper chains which are now on display in the office along with a selection of the ‘crafts’ made on display hanging above the fire place.

There was pizza for lunch and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and festive gingerbread biscuits to enjoy throughout the day. Last month the team arranged a ‘Season’s Greetings’ card colouring competition. There were two designs to colour in and the children with the winning entries each received a goody bag which included a gift card. Sara presented one of the children with a winning entry their goody bag at the event.

Below are a few more photos from the ‘Winter Wonderland’ activity.
