Virtual ‘Winter Wonderland’ 15th December 2020

The team in East Anglia held their annual ‘Winter Wonderland’ event with the children and young people this year virtually via Zoom. A gift bag was sent to all the children and young people linked to the RFF team in the region prior to the event; containing craft projects including, a felt stocking to decorate, a snow globe kit, colour in shrinky key ring, colour in festive rubix’s cube, colouring pages, card blanks to decorate and more as well as a few edible goodies and chocolate coins.

For the children and young people who joined the team at the zoom event there was an opportunity to complete some of the craft projects step by step; there were some superbly decorated Christmas stockings and great designs for the pictures to include in the snow globes, as well as an interactive quiz, and a game of ‘Winter Wonderland’ bingo.
